The best season to visit Korea is March to early November. You can enjoy cherry blossoms in April, and beautiful autumn leaves in late October. Of course, Summer is also the most popular season if you are a beach lover as there are so many nice sand beaches around Korea. In this tour you will visit Seoul, the capital city of Korea first as the city has a great mix of popular culture and history and great foods. And then traveling to countryside such as Yeosu for Boseong green tea plantation for tea testing and Andong for the Hahoe folk village which is well known for its traditional houses.

Transfer to your hotel by Airport Limousine Bus (payable locally).

Day 2Pick up for the full-day tour of Seoul from your hotel. Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, The Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, National Folk Museum, passing by the presidential house (Blue House) and Myeongdong Shopping Street (Insadong Street Monday only). After lunch, N Seoul Tower (Namsangol Hanok Village Monday only) and then Duty Free Shop (Amethyst Shop Monday only) – finishing at Seoul Station

Day 3Pick up from your hotel. Depart Seoul for Gongju (journey time about 1 hour 30 mins). Visit Gongsanseong Mountain Fortress, established during the Baekje Kingdom Period (234-678) and Magoksa Temple, surrounded by beautiful mountains and yin-yang shaped rivers. Try on traditional Korean costume “hanbok”. Transfer to Daejeon for the night.

Day 4Check out. Travel to Jeonju (1 hour 20 minutes) to visit Hanok Village with over 800 traditional Korean “Hanok” houses, famous for their beautiful roof curves and heated floor system “Ondol”. Continue to Jinan visiting Tapsa Temple which is famous for its beautiful pagodas all built by one man. It’s said that he built 108 towers over 30 years from 1885, but only 80 of them remain today. Transfer to Gwangju (1 hour 20 mins) and check in at your hotel.

Day 5Check out. Transfer to Boseong Green Tea Plantation for tea tasting. Then continue to Suncheon (1 hour 30 minutes) - the ecological capital of Korea, with Suncheonman Bay and its surrounding is a natural ecosystem that remains mostly untouched, with beautiful landscapes and incredible biodiversity. Transfer to Yeosu to stay.

Day 6Check out. Visit Odongdo Island. Transfer to Jinju (1 hour 30mins) to visit Jinjuseong Castle. Carry on to the most scenic place in Busan - Dongbaekseom Island. It offers gorgeous views on the ocean and Haeundae Beach. Pop into The Shinsegae Centum City Department Store, which is registered in the Guinness World Records Book as the largest shopping complex in the world.

Day 7Check out. Visit beautiful Daewangam Park located by the seaside. Cross the iron bridge to the small rocky Daewangam Island that looks like a dragon rising up into the sky, to enjoy breathtaking views. Transfer to Gyeongju, known as The Museum Without Walls, because of the vast amount of tombs, shrines and Buddhist sculptures. You will visit a UNESCO World Heritage Bulguksa Temple, Gyeongju National Museum and Daereungwon Tomb Complex. Transfer to Daegu to stay in the hotel.

Day 8Check out. Travel to Andong (2 hours 30 minutes) to visit Hahoe Folk Village, well known for its traditional houses and became even more famous after a visit of Queen Elizabeth in 1999. Proceed to Wonju (2 hours 20 minutes) for Wonju Hanji Theme Park and the traditional Korean paper “Hanji”. Then to your hotel in Pyeongchang, (1 hour 20 minutes), the host city for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games.

Day 9Check out. Transfer to Gangneung (30 minutes) - harmony blend of traditional culture and beauty of the East Sea. Visit Jumunjin Seafood Market, the largest seafood market on the East Coast with it’s dried seafood and sashimi (fresh raw sea food) counters. After visit Jujeongol Valley in Seoraksan National Park and transfer to Seoul (3 hours).
